When HPLC column ID<4.0mm, it is recommended to use a 2.1×10mm cartridge, while when column ID≥4.0mm, a 4.6×10mm cartridge is recommended. 2.1×10mm cartridge holder: 00808-01107, 4.6×10mm cartridge holder: 00808-01101 or 00808-01108(direct connect).

Xtimate C8 column has slightly weaker retention capacity compared to Xtimate C18. It is resistant to a wide pH range and is the preferred choice for the separation of basic compounds.
